After our ride, we hung out back at the van until Jay finished his run, then we switched and I went running while he took the kids down to the parking lot (for even flatter riding for Cora) and playground at Sherman. We stayed out far longer than I anticipated, then grabbed ice cream from Bops as a precursor to lunch on the way home. Holidays are always nice, even the ones where you stay home and don't do a whole lot of anything! We did lots of couch snuggling and movie watching in the afternoon while Jay brewed, and it felt so good to just relax. Busy week ahead...
