Lauren celebrated her 5th birthday with a Moana themed party at their community pool. We were all happy to see our friends - so much so that we crashed their house after the party and didn't leave until well after bedtime. Sometimes 30 miles seems close, but mostly it feels like the Kennedys are halfway across the country. (I know I'm often dramatic, but this time we hadn't seen each other in 6 weeks!) Hopefully we can get together at least one more time before school starts in a few weeks!

You'd fall asleep in the car too, if you played hard for nearly 12 hours!
