The Girl Scouts made little fleece lap blankets for nursing home residents as their December Service Project and they worked really hard!
The closing circle, where we recap the meeting, sing the Make New Friends song, and end with a big group twist after passing the 'hand squeeze'
(Yes, James attends all our meetings and participates in at least half of our activities - I leave it up to him, so sometimes he chooses to sit in the auditorium and read instead, especially when the girls are crafting, since that's not his favorite.)
