Cora goes to sleep in her own bed. Mama finds a book on her at bedtime check and sweetly moves it about 18" away to the other side of the pillow so as not to risk baby doll scratching her face on the edges in her sleep.
Baby doll later wakes up SCREAMING, frantic that her book is missing. Daddy finds the book and settles her. She never goes back to sleep in her bed though. Instead, she creeps back upstairs after a long lapse in time, with THREE dolls, and takes over daddy's side of the bed. Daddy wakes up with a sore back.
Daddy says that whoever moves Cora's things during bedtime check has to deal with the aftermath wrath...
