Our friend Sandy started us on the "birthday week immunity" years and years ago, and it's definitely stuck. Why celebrate for just one day when you can stretch your special day into a week's worth of getting your way and extra fun?! First Cora had her actual birthday, then her party, then a sleepover, and multiple days of presents arriving in the mail. These photos are from the night she opened gifts from Uncle Davey and Auntie Taryn. She was peeking into each bag before opening it and getting the biggest smiles on her face (because she knew they were Calico Critters even before removing the wrapping - as I said, she's obsessed, and these were some really cute sets!)
