Cora has wanted a nightstand ("a place for my BOOKS!") for a very long time. We couldn't find one we loved online and Gramma wanted to get her one for Christmas, so we had one of Jay's friends (also a coworker, and also a part-time carpenter) build one for her instead. It's made from Mahogany and it's gorgeous, and needless to say, Cora was thrilled and has since filled the drawers and shelf with many "tiny things" (and some books)!
