Fireworks stocked, food prepped, champagne chilling...
Games and television, just hanging out waiting on the Kennedys!
We were unable to wait on the drinks and snacks and fireworks, so we got a head start...
James was SO anxious for Will to arrive...
...and then it was time to PARTY! The kids played, we did a couple rounds of fireworks, we ate, we drank, we played games, dad and Al watched some football (or something - we were too busy in the kitchen where all the good stuff was), and then we rung in the New Year before the Kennedys departed and our kids passed out (though James retreated to his room before midnight to read and came out just for the 2 minutes it took to kiss us all and drink his bubbly before returning to his book).
