I'm grateful for all the wonderful fathers I know (my own dad, my wonderful husband, my brother, and so many of my friends) - men who are highly involved in their children's lives, set good examples for them, and love them unconditionally. The joy they take in their children is truly beautiful to witness. I sometimes tease Jay that he gets to be more like my dad every year, but it's quite the compliment. The two of them are fun and silly, encouraging and involved, and they always go above and beyond to make sure not only their family, but their friends and their friends' families (including the 4-legged members!) are well taken care of. James, Cora, and I are so lucky to have you guys in our lives. Happy Father's Day to YOU!
