Cora sang the first couple of songs with the 3-year-old class during rehearsal, and knew the words and hand gestures better than many of the big kids, but wasn't taken out on stage during the actual performance - she was bummed! James did better in rehearsal yesterday, according to Jay (I was at work while he took the kids), and had a bit of stage fright today. He eventually got into the songs, but it wasn't until he was hiding behind most of the other kids, so we couldn't really see him. Anyway, here is the first of a few videos of the Primary and Toddler Montessori classes singing their Christmas songs before the big kids put on their play. (The rest will have to go in separate posts because they crash the system...)
P.S. After his performance, I brought James back to sit with us in the audience and he immediately popped up on his knees looking around the auditorium, saying "I gotta find my girlfriend!" We of course asked him who his girlfriend is, but we didn't recognize the name, and he never spotted her. Girlfriend, eh? Lord help us.
