The kids are on Spring Break this week, and are thus pretty far off schedule again. James doesn't seem to mind and has adapted just fine (though he did have one late afternoon nap on Monday, probably still catching up from all the busy camping weekend). Cora, on the other hand, is not old enough to be missing nap, and it catches up with her long before bedtime (but not long enough before bedtime...) Every afternoon this week she has fallen asleep around 3:30/4:00 and napped until 5:30/6:00, and no amount of talking, singing, or messing with her will wake her. She is just exhausted (because she's probably also playing harder than she usually does at school). Needless to say, this has pushed her bedtime back to 10:00 most nights, not that we haven't tried to get things rolling at her usual time of 8:00... Oh well, should be "fun" for us all next week (including her teacher) as we attempt to get her back on schedule! We certainly can't blame Daylight Savings Time this year for our bedtime troubles though.

Passed out in the car not 5 minutes from the Jungs' house

Still asleep 2.5 hours later

And eating a "treat" (AKA sugar) 15 minutes before bedtime (what were we thinking?!)
Who knew 2-year-olds could party so hard on Spring Break?...
