Having the kids in the same class this summer means that they often come home with identical seatwork. This week they studied the weather, and among other worksheets, these stood out to me because it's fun to compare the kids' interpretations of things - how they picture rain, for instance, with James drawing giant raindrops and hail (which sounds the same way that he says hill, which unfortunately also sounds like he's saying hell - dang southern drawl...) while Cora clealy pictured a downpour (common around here this time of year...) in her mind. And I love that they both draw snowmen with legs!
