To go though, we had to bundle the kids extra warm, since it was extra cold out. Hence the photos. I thought their silly hats (which fit FAR better this year than last year) were worth documenting. Plus, Cora is a "cold hands, warm heart" kinda gal, so the mittens helped tremendously to keep her little fingers from turning to ice. The trick was to put them on BEFORE the jacket, so she couldn't reach to get them off. Not that her itty bitty mittens have opposable thumbs anyway...
