"Diny" suffered a tear last night (in apparently the same place he tore 30-ish years ago when Jay snuggled him at night), spilling some of the walnut husks he's filled with into James' bed.
Jay borrowed him for an hour and performed surgery.
Which was a success (the surgery, not his enthusiasm to pose for a photo with his mended toy)
We slipped Diny back into James' bed when we checked on him before going upstairs and he was so happy to wake up and find him snuggled there in the morning! (Not as thrilled that Cora snuck in to snuggle with him, but he tolerated her)
