Since we read somewhere that what teachers really want for Christmas is a hand written note from their students (and their parents) and maybe a giftcard, our teacher (and teacher's aid) shopping this year was easy. We grabbed a couple water bottles for the teachers (for a little something extra and because we knew Ms. Williams REALLY wanted one after seeing mine at James' Christmas program last week) and printed out some cute (free!) notes to attach the giftcards to. Jay reported that as everything was delivered (he had to help carry in party supplies during drop-off this morning because the 24 juice boxes for James' party were too heavy for him), Ms. Williams had a fit over her gift (success!) and everyone seemed happy. We are truly thankful for the teachers and teacher's aids our kids were placed with this year - they are qualified, they care about our kids (both emotionally and about their success), and they communicate well with us - we certainly can't ask for better than that!
