The birds were smoking by 10am and the weather was perfect for an indoor/outdoor party.
We rushed around getting things ready, then did our best to kick back and relax once folks started to show up, and in doing so we both forgot to take our phones out and grab pictures during the party, so we don't have a single one! We didn't count the crowd, but we heard the cars were parked all the way out our cul-de-sac and it definitely felt bigger and busier than the Halloween party (hope the neighbors didn't mind!) We LOVED having so many friends over to celebrate the season with us, the homebrew was flowing all night long (and delicious - I don't know who won, but Jay had out his Chai Stout and White IPA, Carey brought his APA, and Lisa brought her Belgian Blonde - and Carey had brought a little keg of homebrewed root beer for the kids), and we ran out of bird, so next year will likely be a two Turducken extravaganza (especially if this event continues to grow)!
11pm and they finally passed out. Tis the season!
